hi bros, I twisted my ankle while trying to remove tyres to change brake pads yesterday. today the pain is worse than yesterday. desperately looking to get relief from good sifu. Anyone knows.....please not from rumours.

drove around a few reccomended places and had problems with parking..either too far away or accessability bad. so ended at upper paya lebar road 'Siah Ah Cheok sinseh' private parking lots. but the lady with 27 yrs experience (so she claims) nearly kill me by twisting my poor leg. I screamed so loud I think everybody down the road can hear me. She then applied some brown cream and wrapped my ankle like a bak chang. $30/- for the job and 4 pills to take after lunch. got to go back on Thursday to remove dressiing.expect to be okay by then..
there is a old sifu very good at zion road, he may not be there anymore
many years ago, when my dad was hurt leg,
he was directed to sit on a chair waiting for this old man
once the old man came in, he pick up my dad finger and look at the finger nails
before my dad can tell him where is the injured area, he pick up my dad leg and start to do his work.

This old Sifu is Good but should have pass away quite sometime back. His son took over his business for a few years now and have shifted to Jalan Bukit Ho Swee, the HDB block behind Tiong Bahru Plaza.
