Outram Chicken rice ...I think ....Changi Village and Smith Street ..their garlic flavored rice
My friend from HK coming to Singapore this Sunday, special request from him must bring him taste good Hainanese chicken rice. During 80's in HK Henessey Rd, there was a Hotel Singapore, inside got very nice Hainanese chicken rice, roti john, ice jelley.... we miss it after he migrated to US.
When he back to HK the S'pore hotel gone, searched up and down no more chicken rice parallel to his memory. I told him come to Singapore, ask and you'll be given. But.... searching for weeks, everyday chicken rice, all not to the standard.
