We got some communication problem, pax says go by Brash Basah Rd>Waterloo St. When i was at middle rd, pax says stopped at National library, i stopped, then she say move on to turn right to victoria st towards Iluma. I filtered 3-4 lanes about to make the right turn at lane 1, then green light, she says go straight....i was in an awkward position to go straight and gotta wait till all - right of way vehicles moved on then i proceed to going straight instead of a right turn. Then she say turn left to queen st, she dropped there. Fare $6. No ERP, no peak hr.

These are the types of pax that make you get into accidents. Next time, ignore them, tell them you are already in a turning lane cannot go straight liao. knn, they thought they are the only ones on the road isit? suka suka say turn, then suka suka say go straight.

agrees... sgp every rd can lead to destination. if miss this turn, next legal turn is 3 mins away??? if my fault i deduct $1 lor. if pax last min change direction, not my prob
