STOMPer Jun Kang saw the aftermath of an accident in which a car skidded and rammed into a tree at the National University of Singapore.Jun Kang said:"My friend sent me this photo."He saw this while he was walking along the pavement of Raffles Hall, NUS."It seems like the car skidded and rammed into the tree after knocking down the speed limit sign."I think the driver was driving too fast."The road there is pretty steep too."It was raining heavily this morning which probably caused the speeding car to skid."
