i write this to warn u how greedy the management of SMRT r!recently i had a minor accident,then i waited for more than 1 week,before they reply ,they say my taxi write off,that means a total wreck and ask me to pay $2500!i was surprise,it's just a minor dent on the side of the front bumper!and i was even able to drive it home fr Orchard road(accident happen there)to bt batok(my home).then next morning drove it to it's workshop at Woodlands,i was told by accident claims officer it could be repaired in a few days time.to my utter surprise,i received a letter that the taxi was written off as a total wreck can't be repaired!my suspicion is that since the taxi is going to be scrap next year in March,which is in 4 months time.they decided not to repair it.but it's most unfair to ask me to pay $2500!what should i do?after the incident of PRC bus drivers and SMRT management,i am beginning to feel these bunch of suckers(SMRT management) r greedy!
