STOMPer Steven spotted this canal filled with thick, foul-smelling water with an opaque yellowish colour at Tampines Avenue 4.The STOMPer wrote: "Look at Singapore's 'Yellow River'. "I don't think many people here have seen a canal with such a strange
colour. "It also smelled bad. "I'm not sure if the water came from a muddy construction site, an industrial area, or from a home,
but they should not be polluting the water like this."
