SINGAPORE - Four motorcycles were engulfed in fire at about 3.40am today (Mar 26) at the carpark of Block 704 Hougang Avenue 2.
Stomp contributor Kesen, a resident in the area who witnessed the fire, was not sure if the fire was the result of foul play.
He said: "This happened around 3.40am today at the carpark behind Block 704 in Hougang Avenue 2. "I heard a loud bang, and the
exterior of the HDB flat became exceptionally orange in colour, as seen from my bedroom. "Then suddenly, someone was shouting
'huey siol', which means 'fire's burning' in Hokkien. "I called 995 at about 3.45am, and the firefighters arrived around 4am and put
out the fire within 10 minutes. "I think at least 4 bikes were burnt in this fire.
"I'm not sure if this was a case of arson."
