This "Vietnamese" taxi driver has been in the newspaper for many times.
He dressed up like this because he says it is too cold in his taxi and he is scared of the sun, when the press asked him.
Previously, I heard, he is king of budget terminal.....
But just be careful and don't drive too near him because he has one leg out the window when driving through the car parks in Changi Airport.... he just use his handbrake for braking ...LOL.

Aiyo! I wont go anywhere ten feet near him if i got a choice, no wonder this morning so bad luck, business so slow. LTA should check for mental soundness before issuing TVL. LOL
