TS has already indicated clearly in the heading and his description.
It is Toyota Prius under PRIME Taxi company. He got the taxi under the 5 years contract. PRIME allows the hirer to transfer the taxi to another hirer as long as there is someone else to take over the contract.
@ Niteowl: So far for my understanding, yellow top taxi cannot be transferred to outsider. The license can only be pass down to 1 of the hirer's next generation, meaning only to one of his kids. There after, the license will be ceased if the next generation ends his/her taxi career.
I'm not sure if the rule has changed. I got this information from a yellow top driver few months ago.
