here's some criteria to join our VIP Lounge:-

1. we need to confirm you're truely a cabbie like us...please PM bluenuts (our PRO - Public Relation Officer) for a 'lim kopi' session

2. mthly contribution is $5...our bros in VIP contribute by quarterly i.e. 3 mths ($15)

3. some advantages as a VIP member - your post wont be seen by others except members; we've STC decal for display in your cab; email facilities for vips; soon name cards, etc

Not good for the printer to print too much purple colour. Need to at least print red or blue, if all yellow lagi best.

Just wondering, how long or the time ranges to obtain a Taxi Vocational Licence.
Heard some taxi uncles said that takes about 2 or 3 months to pursue the TVL.
If attends part time then 6 weeks oon classroom course proceed to the examination date. Takes about 2 weeks to know the results and then another one month to obtain the paper of TVL. So taxi uncles suggested in the meantime, we needs to have a job to survice during this whole three months.
If attends full time that will been a total of 1 and half month.
Some taxi uncle said just needs a month ... alamak, I's confused.

Could kind soul here advise me the proper timings?

from first step to receiving your VDL, min. 6 weeks for on-line course.

daily nite courses, should be more than 6 weeks becos the course itself is 6 weeks.

Thanks anyway, i already know what you had metioned.
But question is after we sat for the examination,then after for how long we receive the result and how long we waited to have our TVL. Understand from the taxi companies that we need to show the certificate in order to hire a taxi, is it correct?
please advised.

u get the test result immediately. re-test can also be arranged immediately
to sit on the same day. upon passing ur test, it takes 3-4 weeks for a notice
to send to you for collection at LTA.

if i'm not wrong, u dont get immediate test result for nite course.
