just back from holiday, saw your case same as mine...

hope u settle among yourself...

$100 ease all trouble.

i paid $1k plus another $300 for my cab.
(if the other party goes to the ins company...)

if you dont hv an in-carvideo, at least get yourself a camera.
ask the farker not to move his vehicle if he is at fault.
snap pics on the spot from all the angles.
remember to include lane marking, car number and land marks
on your pictures. if the farker try to move his vehicle after
accident, you tell him you are injured and he is NOT ALLOWED
to swift the accident vehicle. smile
