Guys, Is it reasonable to work out a average of 25-30/hr before deducting anything on a 14hr shift per day?

Bro, after u took photo, wait for abt 3-5 working days then go motoring one website 2 check ur record. if got record, can call smrt immediately 2 confirm.

wat to prepare?
-- familair yourself with singapore roads...major towns & roads linking them, etc
-- thick skin .... prepare to tell pax you absolutely dunno where the f they are going or the way to go there and ask them to guide u...
-- pretend deaf .... in unfortunate event u travel the wrong way, kena f by pax....
-- mentally prepared ... bullies (motorist as well as other taxi drivers); disappointment (mainly $); frustration (unreasonable pax, empty cab etc) and many...
-- Patience .... u need tons of it...
-- ability to move on from all the unpleasant things encountered....& not let these bother u..
-- abilities to tahan hunger and urge to go to loo (dun do too often, bad for health)

How much to parepare??? not sure wat u want
-- coins and small note (& pouch or wateverr to keep them)
-- street directory, parking coupon, cashcard, pens , notepad, umbrella etc
-- things for washing cab, pail, clothes, shampoo, etc
-- "rope" (i dunno wat to call that thing) for securing the boot if wheelchair or wat too big cannot fully close the boot.

But, be assured that all the above can never fully prepared u for the road .... you just have to learn it everyday .... welcome to the Roads of hard knocks.....but dun anyhow knock into other vehicles hor.....

I just wish to add, prepare a cheerful heart, have good sleep & rest before you on the road. Relax and drive safely make sure ZERO chance of accident.

Don't concern about mumble from behind, be it praise or complaint you just ignore and only concentrate your driving. Imagine you're rushing to toilet from concert hall.... noise from behind won't affect your path.

different ppl have diff methods
I think 10pcs each for $10,$5,$2, 50cts,20cts,10cts should be enough !
also some 5cts coin for some "FKing" pax

5 cents isnt much, but it would accumulate to a good figure for TUs in the long run.

To pax who are reading this :
If TUs didnt give u 5 cents discount, dont feel offended.

1 day 10 pax , 5cents discount = 50 cents per day
1 month 30 days = 30x 0.50 = $15 per month.

This is calculations for just 5 cents discount, on average, some TUs are giving up to $5 discount per day.

1 month 30 days = 30 x 5 = $150

Preparation is good, or u waste more time to get pax $50 note change nearby petrol kiosk or shop.

When pax give me $50 note, some feel bad and apologise,some will screw you upside down when u got no change haha..... biggrin

$1 coins would use up rather fast....try to collect some during your meals or buying things.

there was once a 97.2 DJ think its jian rong.. he took a cab and was like 5.75 but cabby return him 0.20 out of $6.. he not song and broadcast in the AIR.. KNN he mention that in a yr cabbies can have a goooooooooood sum from this 0.05 they did not change to paxs... CB.. i keep calling in that day and the next few days but i cant get thru.. or else FK.. he still dare to says that its principle... wat fk principle if u so care abt 0.05ct and scare another person to be richer then u by 0.05ct wat cb principle this knn DJ is talking abt????
most days we decuct 10ct- 30ct to paxs and days have have paxs let us keep the change.. 看不开？？？？？
nowsaday i dont listen to 97.2 that much only just to listen 4D...
