STOMPer M says that the local karung guni man in his area often leaves a mess around the bin after looking through it.Said the STOMPer:"This mess at Blk 272, Tampines St 22 void deck is common after the karung guni man siftsthrough the bin for useable/saleable items."How can this be stopped?"It is really sad to see as itaffects all the hard work put in by the estate's cleaners to keep our estate clean. "It would alsogenerate bad publicity and image of the residents there."
