A wedding celebration in Tampines St 83, Singapore that became a public disturbance.

Happened on 9 Jul 2011 1.59 pm. Most of the bikes were illegally parked before the

owners created so much noise that amplified to residents who stayed at higher floors.

There was no consideration for residents, especially babies and eldery. The carpark

enforcement and police arrived 20 mins after residents made phone calls about the

initial disturbance when the early group of bikers ramped their bikes and parked at

the pavement next to parking lots next to Blk 841.
