Commuters pack out Raffles Place station due to jam in train services

A massive crowd of commuters packed out a train platform at the Raffles Place station earlier this evening (Dec 7) apparently due to a jam in train services there.
These pictures were contributed by STOMPer Rachel, who saw them on social networking platforms Twitter and Instagram. One netizen who had snapped a photo
of the crowd on the platform for trains heading towards Jurong East and Pasir Ris wrote on Instagram that "MRT JAM & NO SERVICE".
Another netizen commented on his photo and said that the commuters were "Whipping out their phones to take photo of this".
