Any difference in the rental price for diifferent types/categories of vehicle? Size, Seater, Capacity, CC, With/without advertisements, Operator(s)....ect. Any website or lists for comparison? What is the minimum rental period/contract? Can the taxi driver switch operator? What are the pros/benefits of/for Taxi Driver to stay on with a operator? Any fee/charge for switching?

Different operators offer different package. Example smrt offer lumpsum after completion.

CDG no contract, anytime can throw keys. But if new tdvl got incentive, must be hirer within 6 months. Your referral will also get.
Prime rental r cheaper, but calls lesser, unless u rely on 3rd party apps.
