What Do U mean ?
Do U mean the pick up time is flexi ?? the driver can arrive & pick U any time between 6.30 to 7.30am ??
Any taxi also can ? metered fare only or booking fee also applicable ?

In cases like that, is adv booking fee applicable or just current booking fee? What is the industry practice?

it depends. check with the pax and see if you can accept his condition and vice versa.
