Hi Bopianleh,

Welcome abroad. I started my virgin drive last night.

Gan qiong at the start. Just drive out of my carpark, recieved a booking. Press OK then proceed to pick up the Pax.
Its a SIA girl !!! Once I saw her in her uniform I am so glad because I knew her destination will be airport... LOL.. This is a place at least I know how to go.
After alighting her I also dunno go where so decided to check out taxi queue at T2. I saw the sign Taxi stand when entering but later the lane split into left and right.
I don't know which one so chose the left lane... drive till near the pickup point.. didn't realise there is a queue of taxi on my right side when reached the merging lane... there is a airport uncle wave to me to the pickup bay so I just go ahead. Initially I was wondering why no taxi at the pickup bay... so empty... I thought maybe not a good hour. When I stop my car,.. immediately a man jump in. Just before I move off, someone horned at me. I turn and saw an malay taxi uncle inside his taxi shouting and with hand signal "WTF".. Oops.. thats then I saw a long queue of taxi.... My bad.. I signal to that uncle for sorry and drove off. What a blur F*** right? LOL. Because of this incident in my head,.. I forgot to press the taximeter until near of the airport. And best part of it... After collecting the fare.. I realised I forgot to charge Airport surcharge..

I realised I did some stupid stuffs last night but well... just my first drive... Hope yesterday those Taxi Uncle in the queue at T2, please excuse me... Didn't do it on purpose.

haha...btw, it is a chargeable offence to pick up pax other from the pick up point.
like departure hall and etc...cisco can fine you if you get caught.

LOL , you were lucky that "they" never book you . Maybe they can tell from experience that you are a newbie TD .

Also, you can refer back to your course materials for some mind refreshment.

There's always a fist time & we all make mistakes. most important is learn from it & do not repeat it again. cheers ^_^
