today had a very bad expenciene, 3x vietnamese hail my taxi 2 M 1 F, the drunken sit at the front, the rest 2 behind. From Joo chait to Cantonment close. So i took Nilco Highway all the straight to cantoment rd. as about to turn right to palmer rd. Suddenly the front pax catch hold of my stiring wheels and turn to the other side. i was shock and alert that bothside have cars . I e- brake hazzard light and stop. Nearly hit the other car on the right. i shout at them for causing danger to the public and endangered myself. i tell them to get another taxi as the front pax is getting violent. He used a $50sgd note and throw at my face. i endured him with all the abused laughuage coming out from his mouth. later his friend came up and took away the $50sgd. wth~~~... in this type of case, what should i do for my safety ???
Hi, you should both call the police as well as taxi uncle friends to come and "jaga" your cab as you follow them ..
.....u can inform the police to record them statement. Was it at night? a lot of Palringo members could be nearby to help if you send SOS message to the group. You may not get your fare but at least you help other taxi uncles avoid this kind of problems in the future if you let the police deal with them. Thank you.
