Any SMRT old bird or new bird?

Hi bros n sis, I just pass my TDVL last Thursday and completed MDT course at SMRT. I would like to join SMRT and get brand new Prius... However I'm not intend to drive long hours and night/midnight, for me is it a good idea to be relief? Actually I got plenty of questions, but ps type too much like v loso... Pls advise thank you in advance......

Hi Jas80,

Glad to welcome you here as a new bird. I think you hit the nail on the head by thinking of being a relief first. You can try to look for hirers near your house and then be their day relief since you do not like to do night/ midnight driving.

After you jump into the pool, I am sure you will have plenty of specific questions to ask. Old birds would hopefully be happy to address them one by one for you. There are many old birds from SMRT here and perhaps after you start to swim, you can really test how deep you can go.

Good luck and most important, drive safe. Making money is important but remember too about your health. Take care.

P.S. For meeting regular drivers, you may like to join some Palringo groups like www.taxiuncle.com and those people there will be happy to welcome you to their big family.
