All taxis in Singapore provide cashless services(except Yellow-Top Taxis), So CDGE no longer has the cutting edge over cashless services.
Technical service and vehicle servicing are also the same in all taxis company(waiting time is the same),the best technical service and vehicle servicing goes to the Yellow-Top Taxis because they do it at their own workshop.
With modern technology such as third party apps, CDGE is now fighting a losing battle, their call booking is decreasing(although CDGE keeps on boosting about their numbers of call bookings is increasing).
Many unhappy drivers still driving for CDGE is because they are ignorant and did not update themselves about the changes in the taxis industry. They are also being brainwash by CDGE that CDGE is the best taxis company.
Many drivers have the mindset that as long as the company did not sack them, they would not leave the company. They fail to understand that CDGE would not spare a second thought when it comes to sacking them. So why should drivers spare a second thought for CDGE when there are better offers waiting for you.
Present CDGE is no longer the Comfort of yesteryears.
